Harbor House Massage

Licensed massage therapy focused on the root cause of pain, not just an hour of relaxation. Proudly serving Fairfield County since 2021.
About Me
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in pain management and Neuromuscular Therapy. Proudly from the Bronx and now rooted in Shelton, CT, I've built my career helping people move better, hurt less, and get back to the things they love.
In addition to my private practice, I've spent the past five years providing massage therapy services for 100's of veterans, helping individuals manage chronic pain, improve mobility, and restore function. That experience has strengthened my approach to treating complex musculoskeletal conditions and supporting long-term recovery.
When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll find me sewing, hosting a game night, or out on a local trail taking pictures of flowers.
"Every busy soul needs a place of repose."

Working With Me
Every session is designed around real, functional results, grounded in a deep understanding of how the body actually moves. We find the source of the restriction, and we do something about it.

Sessions focus on real, functional outcomes, not just relaxation. The goal is a body that moves and feels better long after you leave the table.
Neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue work, passive stretching, and guided breathwork to address the true source of pain and restriction.
Every session is built around your body, your goals, and your comfort. No two appointments look exactly the same.

Giving Back
Every year, Brittany joins a team of gamers-turned-fundraisers called "U Hoppin' On?" for Extra Life, a 24-hour game marathon that raises money for Connecticut Children's Hospital. This is her third year officially fundraising for the cause.
If you'd like to support her effort, a donation of any size goes straight to the hospital.
